A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
We set ourselves goals in life and we set about achieving them, be it getting a job we want, buying a house, travelling, having children, the list is endless. You then achieve your goal, but it doesn't bring the happiness you thought it would and you wake up feeling unfulfilled, knowing you should be really happy, but you aren't. Then the guilt kicks in as you should be grateful for the life you have. The problem is that a lot of people set their happiness with outside goals, when what we should be doing is working inside out. Therapy helps you deal with those nagging doubts, reoccurring thoughts that you can't shake.
